Remember, therapy is a collaborative process. Feel free to ask questions or express any concerns as you work towards greater well-being.

  • Appointments are typically scheduled weekly at first, then adjusted to bi-weekly or monthly as progress is made, based on the therapist's recommendations and your needs.

  • During initial sessions, your therapist may conduct a diagnostic assessment to understand your symptoms, concerns, and mental health history. A diagnosis is required for insurance coverage, but if you prefer not to receive one, self-pay options are available.

  • You can contact your therapist via email or through our secure client portal, which offers safe messaging options. Additional contact details and expectations will be provided during appointment scheduling.
